Ron has developed and implemented strategies, campaigns and projects for manufacturing, corporate, healthcare, retail, education, non-profit and entertainment clients throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Deborah diCesare is an experienced marketing and education administrator with a doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Former editor of the Hollywood Reporter, Martin Kent brings 20 years of experience in documentaries, TV news and print journalism. An Emmy-winning producer, his documentaries have been featured on NBC, PBS, A&E, E!, Discovery Channel and virtually every other major cable network. Martin's print journalism has appeared in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times and other national publications. Martin holds a Masters Degree in Broadcast Communications from Stanford University, and has taught and lectured at UCLA.

Creative concentrations: Creative writing for broadcast and print, multimedia production including TV, radio, industrial videos and webcasting.

John's background includes ownership of a renowned Hollywood type house, Graphis Type, where he produced specialized typography for the entertainment industry including screen credits for such films as Dr. Zhivago, Where Eagles Dare, and Godfather...to name a few.

Paul Roelofs has held marketing and executive management positions with the Walt Disney Company, served as CEO of the U.S. Learning Corporation, and operated a successful consulting practice.

Paul has helped organizations in a wide range of industries achieve dramatic improvements in customer satisfaction, leadership and operational performance. He has personally designed in-house workforce development functions for numerous national companies, including Lands’ End, and has led large-scale change interventions and improvement efforts for numerous organizations.

Paul was a founding member of the Instructional Systems Association, and has served as a Certified Examiner for the California Awards for Performance Excellence, the California state award for performance excellence, based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria.

Jason's business maturity, coupled with his love for all things IT, give him truly unique insights into creating real-world applications that artfully combine technology, design and logic.
