As the publisher and editor of a national music trade magazine for six years, he further distinguished himself as an effective conference producer and trade association president. Ron has developed strategies and campaigns for manufacturing, corporate, healthcare, retail, non-profit and entertainment clients throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Deborah diCesare is an experienced marketing and education administrator with a doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Former editor of the Hollywood Reporter, Martin Kent brings 20 years of experience in documentaries, TV news and print journalism. An Emmy-winning producer, his documentaries have been featured on NBC, PBS, A&E, E!, Discovery Channel and virtually every other major cable network. Martin's print journalism has appeared in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times and other national publications. Martin holds a Masters Degree in Broadcast Communications from Stanford University, and has taught and lectured at UCLA.
Creative concentrations: Creative writing for broadcast and print, multimedia production including TV, radio, industrial videos and webcasting.

An accomplished designer and master typographer, John Ragasa has an extraordinary talent for getting the job done on-time, on-budget and with the highest integrity for design and production quality. John's background includes ownership of a renowned Hollywood type house where he produced specialized typography for the entertainment industry including screen credits for such films as Dr. Zhivago, Where Eagles Dare, and Godfather...to name a few.

His early career as a theatrical film producer served as a springboard into creative services with a focus on media purchasing, public relations, promotions and organizational marketing strategies. John has supervised or particpated in campaigns for numerous non-profit, political and union organizations, as well as many high-profile corporate accounts.
