Terms and Prices

Credit Card Billing
Through authorized credit card billing, Minds Over Marketing is able to offer comprehensive agency services at competitive prices compared to other ad agencies, design and PR firms. We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal. CLICK HERE TO SUBMIT YOUR CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION.

Fees
Our billing rates start at $120 per hour.

Printing and Media Purchasing
Minds Over Marketing can manage all of your printing and media buyouts at standard agency commission of 15%.

Administrative Expenses
Routine administrative costs, such as photocopying, secretarial services, etc., are included in our hourly billing rate.

Travel Expenses
Local travel expenses (Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura counties) are included in our hourly billing rate. Extended travel expenses, requiring prepaid air fares and accomodations, can be charged directly to your authorized credit card or billed though us at cost plus 15%. Per diem expenses are applicable.

Retainer Accounts
Clients with ongoing creative and account management needs are invited to inquire about discounted fees based on a retainer agreement.
